再無藉口逃避運動!73歲健美婆婆:不要小看自己

小編是很愛吃垃圾食物的人,尤其酸辣粉和麻辣火鍋,根本無可抗拒。成日口講話想減肥、食清淡,不過每次都拖延症累事。最近一位73歲婆婆紅爆網絡,她不時在IG分享運動經歷,更因為堅持健身和健康飲食,成功在兩年內減走近六十磅,強勁的背肌和蜜桃臀一點也不輸年輕女生。

這位婆婆Joan MacDonald來自加拿大,17年初開始正式接觸健身。當時體重接近200磅的她,連身體健康都響起警號。在女兒的鼓勵下,每天堅持運動。除了成功減磅,也令她身體或面色好了很多,變得更美麗。現時的她已經可以撐起90公斤的槓鈴練習!
